Emily & Some Guy Named Allen

The Ride Home with Emily & Some Guy Named Allen Weekdays | 3pm – 7pm
Wrap up your workday with the team that knows Hampton Roads best! Emily and Allen are bringing their individual success and undeniable chemistry together to take over your afternoons on US106.1.
Both hosts are “Born and Raised” right here in the 757, and they live and breathe Virginia.
-
Emily is a true homegrown success story. A proud Old Dominion University alum, she caught the radio bug right here in this building, starting as an intern for our group and working her way up to the microphone.
- Allen carries a broadcasting legacy that runs deep. His family has been in Virginia for 10 generations, and radio is literally in his blood—his great-grandfather founded the very first radio station in the Commonwealth!
Whether they are spotlighting local bands, shouting out neighborhood businesses, or supporting charity events, Emily and Allen are the ultimate conversation starters. Tune in from 3pm to 7pm for the best country music and a show that is 100% local.
