Free Oceanfront Concert Series

• When: Friday, April 24 & Saturday, April 25
• Where: 24th Street Stage / Park
• The Vibe: Catch live country music performances right on the sand as part of the USO Experience Virginia Beach Concert Series. Perfect for those who love a salty breeze with their country tunes!

Bulls and Barrels Beach Rodeo (Ticketed)

• When: Saturday, April 25 & Sunday, April 26 | Showtime: 3:00 PM
• Where: On the Beach at 3rd Street
• The Action: Feel the adrenaline as the beach transforms into a professional rodeo arena sanctioned by SEBRA.
• Extreme Bull Riding: Top riders compete for the “Best of the Beach” buckle and a $12,000 purse.
• Barrel Racing: High-speed technical racing on the unpredictable ocean sands.
• Family Fun: Includes mini-bull riders, rodeo clown antics, and the fan-favorite Mutton Busting for the kids
• Tickets: General Admission bleacher seating and VIP Boardwalk packages (including meet-and-greets and merch) are available.

USO Experience & Military Displays

Explore a variety of military equipment displays, vendor booths, and interactive exhibits located throughout the oceanfront parks (17th and 24th Street) all weekend long.

• Parking: Available at city lots near 4th, 19th, and 25th Streets. Arrive early as bleachers and parks fill up quickly!
